Good employees are the key!
STOCKO has long been of this opinion. An important cornerstone of this company policy is investment in training. As the company prefers to take its next generation from within its own ranks, it is not surprising that it has been pleased to take on the new graduates. Of the 35 trainees at the Hellenthal plant, five have successfully passed their CCI final exam in recent weeks and are now being integrated into their future teams.
Of course there had to be a small internal ceremony. So, on 2nd July the examinees, their internal supervisors from the specialist departments and representatives of the management met for a celebratory drink. HR Manager H. Sieboldt took the opportunity to present each one with a small gift or in some cases cash prizes for particularly good exam results. A successful start to a fully-fledged professional life and certainly enough incentive for further successful years at STOCKO!
We wish the five employees all the best for their professional careers.
